At Noodi, we ensure your order is processed with the utmost care and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. The average delivery time is between 5 to 10 days business days, starting from the moment your order has been processed.

All our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This approach allows us to offer you only the best, while keeping storage and transport costs low – meaning we can pass those savings on to you.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary by a few days.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed after Friday at 11:59 PM will be processed the following Monday.

What if my package is delayed?

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time. However, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as high demand at local courier services or customs delays.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact our customer support. We’ll start an investigation to locate your package.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Noodi cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Delivery Guarantees

We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or courier issues. If you experience any delivery problems, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help.

Once a package has been delivered or made available for pickup at a local post office, shipping costs are considered incurred. If the package is refused or not collected, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we can only resend the package if the new shipping costs are covered by you.

If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details, it will be returned to us. We’ll then contact you to confirm the correct address and resend the package at your expense.
